We recently became aware of an e-mail message received by customers that appeared to come from Hager Telecom. The message requested e-mail addresses, usernames, and passwords. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY to this e-mail message.

I f a message like this appears in your inbox simply delete it. It is an attempt to steal your account information and is commonly referred to as "phishing". Be aware that Hager Telecom  will NEVER ask you for password information via e-mail, as that information is private.
